Artist Charles Maring spent 15 years living in the West Chelsea section of Manhattan. So it should be no surprise that the city of dreams plays an important role in his photographic studies. Currently Maring resides in Downtown Savannah, Georgia but you’ll often find him back in the Northeast on assignment creating for well known publications, brands, and personalities.
